The present revision has been preferred by the revisionist before this Court with the following prayers :- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to summon the record of lower court and allow the present criminal revision and set aside the judgement and order dated 14.03.2024 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist / Incharge Principal Magistrate Juvenile Justice Board, Gautam Budh Nagar in Misc. Case No. 639 of 2024 (State vs. Sunil), arising out of Case Crime No. 971 of 2011 under Sections 302 and 120-B I.P.C., Police Station Sector 58, District Gautam Budh Nagar, otherwise the revisionist shall suffer irreprable loss and injury which cannot be compensated in any terms of money, and / or pass such other and further order which this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper in the circumstance. 4. Learned counsel for the revisionist submits that the present revision has rendered infructuous as the trial has concluded and be dismissed as such. 5. Prayer is allowed. 6.
