The Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs; a. "Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the 1st Respondent to divest Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 from investigation in respect of Cr.No.315/2025 and handover the investigation either to an officer of the Rank not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police or to the 3rd Respondent as per Annexure B; b. Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing the Respondent Police to accept the complaint vide Annexure 'A dated 04.10.2025' and register crime or to include the offences punishable under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and to file an appropriate report within a time as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. c. Issue a writ in the nature of MANDAMUS, directing the Respondents to submit Station House Dairy, Investigation Report and Action Report including - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:46164 WP No. 30771 of 2025 Status Report in so far as it relates and pertains to Cr. No. 315/2025 registered on the file of the Kudur Police Station. As per Annexure B. d. Learned AGA on instructions submits that on the basis of complaint filed by the Petitioner in Crime No.315/2025 has been registered by the Kudur Police Station, the statement of the concerned witnesses is being recorded. She further submits that the investigation will be completed within a period of two months from today. The said submission answers the grievance of the petitioner. 3.
