Mr. Vishal Sharma, learned (DSGI), appearing for the respondents, submits that the petitioner does not appear to be interested in prosecuting the matter and that same may, accordingly, be dismissed. From the record, it is evident that the matter has remained pending for over 10 years had the petitioner been interested in prosecuting the case, appropriate steps would have been taken to ensure its listing. In the continuous absence of the petitioner suggests that he is not interested in pursuing the instant matter further. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
