(S) No. 4284 of 2021 which was disposed of by directing the Superintending Engineer, Department of Drinking Water & Sanitation, Government of Jharkhand to place the issue of compassionate appointment which is to be granted on account of death of Naresh Prasad Singh before the appropriate authority. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents draws attention of this Court towards Annexure-Y of the counter affidavit (refer page 177), which is the rejection of the claim of this petitioner. 3. From record it appears that the same has not been challenged. 4. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application in order to assail the rejection order, if so advised. 5.
