However, today, the affidavit of undertaking is not filed. 3. Admittedly, the interim injunction granted is in force as on date, and therefore, the respondents/defendants are obliged to comply/obey with the said order of the injunction. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has already stated that the intention of the petitioner is not to punish the respondents, but only to ensure that the order of injunction as originally granted by the trial Court Page No.2 of 4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRP.No.2429 of 2025 and confirmed upto this Court is obeyed in letter and spirit. 5. In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, directing the Mailam Police Station to take swift action, if any complaint is given by the revision petitioner, alleging wilful disobedience of the interim order already granted in favour of the revision petitioner.
