Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA for the State. 2. This writ petition is preferred praying for the following principal relief: "1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the police authorities to send the record before Forensic Science Laboratory for examination/opinion of the Expert about signature of the petitioners and signature of deceased Late Shri Prem Narayan Pandey, Late Mahavir Prasad, Ganga Prasad Tripathi and Late Rajendra Pratap Singh upon forged and fictitious proceedings dated 20.07.2020 and 20.09.2020 from signatures of the petitioners and Late Shri Prem Narayan Pandey, Late Mahavir Prasad, Ganga Prasad Tripathi and Late Rajendra Pratap Singh upon valid proceeding dated 20.12.2018 of the Society Gomti Anglo Vaidik School Committee Phulpur, Prayagraj in Case Crime No. 0215/2014, u/s 419/420/467/468/471/504/506/120-B of IPC, P.S. Phulpur, District Prayagraj." 3. In pith and substance, learned counsel for the petitioners confined his prayer that in the aforesaid case crime, fair investigation must be ensured. 4. Learned AGA has no objection to the said prayer. 5. In the facts of the case, we permit the petitioner to approach the second respondent highlighting their grievance, who shall call for records and will ensure that a fair and impartial investigation, in accordance with law, is got conducted and concluded, expeditiously from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order. 6.
