In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing order dated 15.11.2024 in R.P.No.378/2024 and order dated 09.08.2024 in R.Miss.No.218/2019 at Annexures-E and D respectively, inter alia sought for direction to Tahsildar to enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records. 3. Having taken note of the finding recorded by respondent Nos.6 and 7, the mutation has been made pursuant to the registered sale deeds by the respondent-authorities. It is also contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there are two sale deeds with respect to which, petitioner and the private respondents herein are claiming right over the land in question. 4. In that view of the matter, taking into consideration the reasons assigned by the respondent-authorities, the matter is of the civil in nature, wherein parties have to establish their rights before the Civil Court and therefore, I am of the view - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:25801 WP No. 18435 of 2025 that, there is no interference called for in this writ petition.
