1. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):- 10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside the order dated 21.12.2020 (Annexure P/1) passed by the respondent No. 4 and the proceedings thereon. 10.2 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper may also be passed in favour of the petitioner together with cost of the petition.
2. On instruction, Mr. C.J.K. Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that proceedings initiated against the petitioner for commission of offence punishable under Sections 409, 420, 120-B read with Section 34 of IPC and Sections 3, 4, 5 and 6 of Chit Fund Digitally signed by RAMESH KUMAR VATTI Date: 2025.08.28 18:52:18 +0530
2 Scheme Prohibition and Regulation Act, 1978 and under the provisions of Chhattisgarh Nikshepakon Ke Hiton Ka Sanrakshan Adhiniyam, 2005 have already been closed by the competent Criminal Court and the proceedings initiated by the Collector on 07.08.2018 have been concluded and consequently the proceedings initiated by Tehsildar for attachment have also come to end by virtue of orders passed by the Collector and by the competent Criminal Court.
3. Mr. Vedant Shadangi, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for the State/respondents has no objection.
4. Considering the submission made by Mr. C.J.K. Rao, the petition is
