Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring that the respondent No.3 cannot interfere in any civil disputes between the citizens and cannot take on themselves the function of a civil court at the instance of respondent No. 4 and threatening and pressurizing the petitioners to settle the money dispute pending between the lst petitioner and wife of the 4th respondent is being illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India apart from being violative of Principles of Natural Justice and pass such IA NO: 1 OF 2023 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to direct the Respondent No.3 stringent action and not to interfere with the lifc and liberty of the petitioners by way of calling the petitioners to the respondent Nu. 3 police station pending disposal of the main writ petition and pass such Counsel for the Petitioner(S):

ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring that the respondent No.3 cannot interfere in any civil disputes between the citizens and cannot take on themselves the function of a civil court at the instance of respondent No. 4 and threatening and pressurizing the petitioners to settle the money dispute pending between the 1st petitioner and wife of the 4th respondent is being illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India apart from being violative of Principles of Natural Justice and pass such.…”
2. Heard Sri A.Venkata Durga Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the police are calling the petitioners to the police station, in the absence of any crime registered and interfering with the civil disputes in between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents. Learned counsel would further submit that a direction may be given to the police.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on oral instructions would submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between petitioners and the unofficial respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
6. Recording the above said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to call the petitioners to the police station since no crime has been registered against the petitioners and not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents. There shall be no order as to costs.
