1. On objection being raised by counsel for State that the Tahsildar is proceeding in the case in accordance with law which is duly reflecting from the order sheet and if for any reason petitioner is having grievance that under Chhattisgarh Lok Sewa Guarantee, 2011 the proceedings is not completed within a period prescribed, then he can file proceedings before the appellate authority as prescribed therein,
learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to avail other alternate remedy available to him under the law.
