Vide Order dated 08.01.2025, this Court was pleased to dispose of the Writ Petition bearing W.P.No.404 of 2025, giving a direction to the District Collector to consider the Representation and dispose of the same by passing a Final Order in accordance with law within a period of fourteen (14) weeks. 3. Sri K. Bhagat Singh, learned Counsel representing Sri K.M. Krishna Reddy, learned Counsel for Respondent, has submitted that Reply-Affidavit has been filed on 05.08.2025 along with certain material indicating that the necessary Instructions have been given vide Proceedings dated 08.07.2025 bearing R.Dis.No.3245/2023-E2. In paragraph 10 of the said Proceedings, the District Collector has issued certain directions. 4. On perusal, it is evident that the District Collector had issued necessary Orders in favour of the Writ Petitioner. 5. In this view of the matter, this Court is of the view that the Order of this Court dated 08.01.2025 in W.P.No.404 of 2025 has been complied with. 6. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. 7.
