T. VACHHANI Date : 21/07/2025 ORAL ORDER When the matter is taken up for hearing, none remain present on behalf of the applicant. Upon perusing the record, it transpires that the present revision application emanates from the orders passed by the learned Family Court, Vadodara, in Criminal Misc. Application No. 667 of 2017 and 765 of 2018. It further transpires from the letter dated 06.06.2024, addressed by the In-charge Principal Judge, Family Court, Vadodara, stating that the aforesaid impugned Criminal Misc. Application No. 765 of 2018 as well as Criminal Misc. Application No. 667 of 2015 have already been disposed of on 31.08.2018 and 17.07.2017, respectively. Hence in view of the aforesaid, nothing now survives for further consideration. Accordingly, the present revision application stands disposed of. However, it is made clear that the party to this petition shall have liberty to revive the application subject to filing an affidavit in support of it showing that the cause still survives. (R. T.
