ORDER
This writ petition is filed questioning the inaction of the official respondents in not considering the representations submitted by the petitioner dated 09.06.2023 and 30.11.2023 for removal of the encroachments made by respondent no.3 on the road and to lay road for ingress and egress of the petitioner. 2.
The respondent no.3-Gram Panchayat, filed counter affidavit submitting that the Gram Panchayat had passed resolution No.37, dated 21.08.2021 for laying road in the subject property and due to personal rivalry between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent, this writ petition is filed making false allegations against the official respondents. 3. In view of the contents made at para no.9 of the counter affidavit of respondent no.3 that the Gram Panchayat had passed a resolution for laying road at subject property, this writ petition can be disposed of. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent concerned to remove the encroachments, if any, made by respondent no.4 on the road, in accordance with law by issuing notice and affording an opportunity of personal hearing to respondent no.4 and to lay road as per the resolution, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate not later than three (03)
