2. As seen from the docket proceedings, while directing notice before admission on 22.01.2018, a learned Judge of the High Court of Judicature, at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, passed the following order.
“Post after three (3) weeks. In the meanwhile, status quo obtaining as on today shall be maintained.”
3. On 14.02.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and, while noting that „No proof of service is filed‟, the learned Judge directed the matter to be listed after two (2) weeks. Thus, it is clear that the interim order granted on 22.01.2018 was not extended.
4. In view of the above stated position and, as there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner despite listing the matter under the caption „for dismissal‟, this Court is constrained to dismiss the Writ Petition for non-prosecution.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non- prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

6. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
