This Court by an order dated January 15, 2025 had appointed Mr. Jishnu Chowdhury, learned Senior Advocate as the learned Arbitrator. Mr. Chowdhury has expressed his inability to take up the matter on the ground that he had appeared for one of the parties in a separate matter. Under such circumstances, the order dated January 15, 2025 is modified to the extent that Mr. Aniruddha Mitra, learned Senior Advocate shall act as the Arbitrator to arbitrate upon the disputes between the parties. The other portion of the order dated January 15, 2025, shall remain unaltered. 2 The learned Arbitrator shall comply with the provisions of Section 12 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The learned Arbitrator shall be at liberty to fix his remuneration as per the schedule of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
