ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... to issue a writ more particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd Respondent in interfering in civil disputes by calling the petitioner to the Police Station and threatening with dire consequences of eviction by using Police force without any authority or jurisdiction to interfere in civil dispute as illegal arbitrary high handed cannot be justified in the eye of law and consequently direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioners by interfering in civil dispute in the interest of justice in the interest of justice.”

2. Heard Sri M.A.Hameed Baig, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are interfering in the civil disputes between the parties.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties.
5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
