GP FOR SERVICES I The Court made the following: 2 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY W.P.No.27300 of 2025 ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the Respondents in seeking to provide compassionate appointment to the Respondent No.5 without any undertaking Letter from the Respondent No.5, which is mandated as per the Circular Memo No.60681/Ser.A/2003-1, dated 12.08.2003. 2. The elder son of the Petitioners had married the Respondent No.5 and had died while in service. 3. It is stated that Respondent No.5 had sought for compassionate appointment and the same is being considered without any undertaking from Respondent No.5 to look after the welfare of the Petitioners as mandated under Circular Memo dated 12.08.2003. Hence, the present Writ Petition. 4. Sri S. Raju, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that there is no proposal by the Respondent No.5 for employment under compassionate grounds. The instructions read as under: 3 “ It is further submitted that, even after the several reminders, no proposals were received so far hence, no process for providing the employment on compassionate appointment has been started yet”. 5. In view of the same, this Court finds no cause to entertain the Writ Petition. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
