Leave is sought by the third parties to the suit. According to the petitioners, the subject property was already allotted to different parties in a partition of the year 1971. Whereas, the suit in O.S.No.39 of 2023 has been filed by the other co-owners in collusion among themselves including the survey number which was allotted to the petitioners in the partition of the year 1971 and obtained lok adalat award. 3.
