Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 136 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66(B), 66(C), 66(D) and 84(C) of the Information Technology Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Deoghar. 3. On 21.12.2024, Cyber Police Deoghar, on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals had assembled near forest area Pathradda of Village- Sura, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner along with co-accused persons. On search, one mobile phone was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 21.12.2024. It was further submitted that several similarly situated co- accused persons have been granted bail earlier by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Deoghar, in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S.
