ORDER:
The present Writ Petition came to be filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:-
“…to issue an appropriate order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents herein in not releasing the admitted bill amount of Rs.8,28,491/- vide CFMS.No.1411957 (2019-289826), Rs.8,46,173/- vide CFMS No.1747438 (2019-285831), Rs.8,44,596/- vide CFMS.No.1748361 (2019-285702), Rs.8,42,893/- vide CFMS.No.1748318 (2019-285703), Rs.8,31,067/- vide CFMS.No.1745377 (2019-285449), Rs.8,28,249/- vide CFMS.No.1747373 (2019-285832), Rs.8,37,687/- vide CFMS.No.1747144 (2019-285833), Rs.8,38,689/- vide CFMS.No.1747736
(2019-285704) and Rs.8,37,449/- vide CFMS No. 1747786 (2019-285705) despite successful completion of the works executed by the petitioner in terms of different Agreements under Neeru Chettu Programme even after finalizing the bills and the same were generated in Comprehensive Financial Management System (CFMS), in spite of repeated requests is illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable and violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents herein forthwith to release and pay the aforesaid amounts along with interest 24 percent ….”
2. When the writ petition came up for admission on 22.04.2022, this Court was pleased to pass the following interim direction in I.A.No.1 of 2022:
“In the circumstances, the respondents are
directed to pay the approved and final bill amounts due to the petitioner within a period

3. Today, when the writ petition came up for hearing, Smt.S.Sravana Sandhya, learned counsel representing Mr.A.Sai Rohit, learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that, pending writ petition, the respondent authorities have paid the amounts due to the petitioner.
4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
