Pangidi Village, Seethampeta village and, Madduru Lanka village, Kovvur Mandal and Meena Nagaram Village, Chagallu Mandal of West Godavari District, as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of guidelines laid down by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.(PIL) No.177 of 2016, and to, consequently direct Respondents to implement the guidelines laid down by this Hon'ble Court in W.P. (PIL) No.177 of 2016 to prevent the rooster fights, gambling and other illegal activities in I.Pangidi Village, Seethampeta Village, and Madduru Lanka Village, Kovvur Mandal and Meena Nagaram Village, Chagallu Mandal of West Godavari District.” 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Parimi Rama Rayudu, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, no further orders are required in this matter as the relief has become infructuous. 3.
