ORDER:
This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has been filed, by the Petitioner for the following relief:
“ ... to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring action of respondents 3 to 6 in interfering with the petitioner rights over the land in an extant of Ac.0.23 Cents in Sy.No.59-2, of Thamminayainpalle Village fields, Somala Mandal, Chittoor District, and threatening the petitioner to settle the civil disputes with the Respondents 7 to 10 without issuing any notice or following due process of law as arbitrary, illegal, colorable exercise of power apart from being voilative of fundamental and Constitutional Rights guaranteed to the petitioner under Articles 14, 19, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 3 to 6 not to interfere with the petitioner rights over the subject house plot in an extant of an Ac.0.23 Cents in Sy.No.59-2, of Thamminayainpalle Village fields, Somala Mandal, Chittoor District, without following due process of law and pass ...”
Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home representing for respondent State. Perused the material on record.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions would submit that respondent Police never interfered in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and unofficial respondents and never insisted to settle the civil disputes between the parties and requested to dispose of the Writ Petition by passing appropriate orders.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that recording the said submission, this Writ Petition may be disposed of.

In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Respondent Police are
directed to follow due process of law with regard to the subject matter. No order as to costs. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
