No.322 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2. The case of the prosecution is that on 20.06.2021 at about 12.00 p.m, on receiving the secret information, the respondent Police went to the occurrence place and found the accused with illegal possession of 2.500 kgs of Ganja. Hence the case. 3.
