The present petition is being filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the order dated 18/10/2024, in Criminal Revision No.05/2024 filed by the petitioner, wherein, the petitioner challenges the order dated 15/12/2023 passed by Special Executive Magistrate, Nagpur (Gramin Nagpur) under Sections 107, 116 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure in Chapter Case No. 906/2023. The Executive Magistrate in the said case directed the petitioner to execute bond of Rs.30,000/- with surity of two respectable persons of different religion to keep peace and good behaviour for period of two years. 2. The learned A.P.P. submits that prior to passing of the order dated 18/10/2024, the proceedings 2025:BHC-NAG:8971 2 77-Cr.WP-915-2024 initiated under Sections 107 and 116 are itself withdrawn. In view of the fact that proceedings under the Maharashtra Police Act for externment were initiated, by withdrawing chapter proceeding under Sections 107 and 116. Hence, nothing survives in the petition. Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of. 3. The fees of the appointed counsel shall be quantified and paid as per the rules. [ M.M.
