Heard Saranu Phani Teja, learned counsel for the petitioner and Miss Naga Chandrika, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj Department. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to filing of this writ petition, the respondent authorities have conducted auction as such there remains nothing for adjudication and prayed to close the writ petition. 4.
