Learned High Court Government Pleader takes notice for all the respondents. 2. The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondent-Tahasildar, Sarguru Taluk, Mysuru District, to consider the representation given by the petitioner for survey, phodi and dhurast of land bearing Sy.No.119 measuring 3 acres situated at Hadanuru Village, Sarguru Hobli, H.D.Kote Taluk, now Sarguru Taluk, Mysore District. 3. Learned High Court Government Pleader however submits that an application for Phodi and Durast work is required to be made online and therefore, the petitioner may be directed to file an application online. - 3 -

4. Recording the submission of the learned HCGP, this writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file an application online to the respondent-Tahasildar and the respondent-Tahasildar is also directed to consider the application which would be filed by the petitioner and do the needful as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the application. 5. Learned High Court Government Pleader is permitted to file memo of appearance within a period of four weeks from today. Ordered accordingly.
