The case of the appellant is that on 11.10.2017 at about 8 PM, the appellant along with Surendra Kumar @ Guddu Jaiswal, Ramshankar Shriwas and Bhola Jaiswal were sitting in the house of appellant, at that time, the accused/ respondents entered into the house of appellant and abused him with filthy and derogative languages and humiliate him in the name of his caste and demanded Rs. 1,00,000/- failing which, they will kill him. The appellant made complaint before the Adim Jati Kalyan Thana, Janjgir, but no offence was registered against the accused/ respondents, then the appellant made complaint before the Superintendent of Police, Janjgir-Champa, despite this, no action was taken on the complaint of the appellant, therefore the appellant filed a complaint under Section 200 of Cr.P.C.
3. The learned Special Court, after examining the inquiry report from AJAK Police Station, concluded that a civil dispute exists between the parties. The police enquire the complainant's report dated 12.07.2017, revealed no criminal offence, leading to no further action. Consequently, the learned Special Court, vide impugned
order dated 19.09.2018, rejected the complaint for lack of sufficient grounds.
4. Upon perusal of the impugned order, this Court finds no illegality or error in the order of learned Special Judge.
