Heard Sri V.R.ReddyKovvuri, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.AjayBabu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it is a case of interference of police in civil disputes and insisting the petitioner for withdrawal of civil suit in O.S.No.15 of 2023 on the file of the Court of the XI Addl. District Judge, Piler, Chittoor District 4. Sri P.AjayBabu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that basing on the complaint of one leelavathi, police are called the petitioner for preliminary enquiry. No crime has been registered against the petitioner. The police never interfered in the civil disputes between the parties. 5. Recording the submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes except under due process of law. No order as to costs.
