This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not registering a Crime against the named individuals therein pursuant to complaint dt.01.12.2021 of the Petitioner as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction besides violation of Art.14 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to register a Crime against the named individuals pursuant to complaint dt.01.12.2021 of the Petitioner forthwith.”
2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, based on the complaint of one

Pothuraju Pullamma, a case in Crime No.201 of 2021 on the file of Chennur Police Station for the offence under Section 509 IPC and Sections 3(1)(r)(s) and 3(2)(va) of SCs & STs (PoA) Amendment Act, 2015 has been registered against the Petitioner herein. Police after completion of investigation filed charge sheet which is numbered as Spl.S.C.No.2 of 2022 on the file of SCST Court-cum-IV Additional District Judge, Kadapa and the same is pending trial. It is further submitted that the Petitioner herein filed a false complaint to counter the cased registered against him.
3. Sri Kurra Srinivasulu, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
