Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not in a position to arrange Rs.7,00,000/- and as such, the petitioner prays for reducing the surety amount. 5. In view of the submission made by the Counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to furnish bond of Rs.3,00,000/- with two sureties instead of Rs.7,00,000/- with two sureties. 6.
