Vinod Kumar Vs. State of H.P. CrMP(M) No.620 of 2023 11.03.2025 Present: Mr. Vishwa Bhushan, Advocate for the applicant. Mr. H.S. Rawat and Mr. Mohinder Zharaick, Additional Advocates General for the respondent. Applicant, who has put the criminal machinery into motion, by lodging FIR No.1 of 2021, has sought the indulgence of this Court to grant him the requisite leave to appeal against the order dated 22.10.2022, passed by the Court of learned Special Judge, Mandi, District Mandi, H.P. By way of order dated 22.10.2022, the learned Special Judge, Mandi has accepted the closure report and the said FIR was ordered to be cancelled. On perusal of the record, this Court is of the view that the complainant, being the person, who has put the criminal machinery into motion, has every right to assail the order, by virtue of which, the learned Special Judge, Mandi has accepted the cancellation report. As such, the requisite leave to appeal is accorded to the applicant. Application is disposed of accordingly. Cr. A No.______ of 2025 Vide order of the even date, passed in CrMP(M) No.620 of 2023, requsite leave to appeal has been accorded. Appeal be registered. Record has already been received.
