Learned counsel for the State, as per the information projected on the portal of Court concerned in the website with respect to the present case, submits that the matter has been settled between the parties in the Lok Adalat, and the proceedings of the case is disposed of. 4. Considering the fact that the matter has been settled between the parties in the Lok Adalat and further no one appears on behalf of the petitioner to pursue the present petition shows that they have lost their interest in prosecuting the petition. 5. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. 6. Let a copy of this order be sent to the trial Court concerned for information and necessary action.
