The present appeal has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 28.08.1986 in Session Trial No. 327 of 1984 connected with 74 of 1985 convicting and sentencing the appellants under sections 148 and 302/149 I.P.C. to two years R.I. and under section 148/302/149 for life imprisonment. 2. The appeal has already been abated in respect of appellant no. 1 vide order dated 24.04.2018. 3. Insofar as appellant no. 2 is concerned, as per office report dated 29.04.2025, a letter dated 28.03.2025 has been received from CJM, Etawah wherein it is stated that appellant no. 2 namely Prag @ Praga son of Nathu Ram died on 28.11.2024. Alongwith report of CJM, Etawah a death certificate issued by Gram Panchayat, Jagsaura and certificate issued by Gram Pradhan, statement of Sub Inspector concerned and the statement of Keshav Singh son of Chedi Lal, nephew of the deceased have been annexed. 4.
