The learned Standing counsel appearing for the Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation (GVMC) submits that, on account of resistance from a third party, a survey could not be conducted. It is further submitted that the survey shall be conducted by notifying all concerned. 3. Recording the same, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
