The instant interlocutory application has been filed for condonation of delay in filing the present revision petition. 3. No. 77 of 2024 5. It has been brought to the notice of this Court that the impugned order dated 06.04.2019 passed in Misc. Case No. 07 of 2014 had arisen out of Title Suit No. 71 of 2000 which had been pending in the court of learned Sub Judge-XI, Patna. Now, the said title suit has been disposed of by learned trial court vide order dated 14.06.2024 and the matter has become infructuous. 6.
