This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for directing the Tahasildar, Rajnagar for making requisition to the police in order to dispose of the Demarcation Case No.66 of 2024, as some of the boundary tenants are objecting to the so-called demarcation. 3. Heard from the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State. 4. In the Notification No.38869 dated 13.12.2016 of the Government of Odisha, empowering the Tahasildar in Clause-5 that, Page 2 of 2. Tahasildar can issue requisition to the police thinking the requirement of presence of the police for demarcation. 5. By taking the aforesaid Notification No.38869 dated 13.12.2016 of the Government of Odisha into account, it is felt proper to dispose of this writ petition finally at this stage giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Tahasildar, Rajnagar for requisition of the police in order to dispose of the Demarcation Case No.66 of 2024. 6. As such, this writ petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of finally. 7. Urgent certified copy of this Order be granted to the petitioner on proper application.
