Narasimha Rao, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, Sri K. Mallikarjuna Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for A.P. State Housing Corporation Limited, Sri P. Soma Raju, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Medical & Health and Housing Department and Sri Panuku Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance & Planning and Panchayat Raj Department. 2. Sri Panuku Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance & Planning has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Principal Secretary to Government, Department of Finance, dated 17.11.2025. Copy of the Written Instruction is also furnished to the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner. This Written Instruction is taken on record. 3. In Para No.3 of the Written Instruction, it is stated that the file relating to the Writ Petitioner is under active examination in the Finance Department. Respondent No.4 has furnished Written Instruction that a gross amount of Rs.3,54,434/- is due to the Writ Petitioner. 4. Having considered this Written Instruction, this Court deems it appropriate to allow this Writ Petition, at the admission stage, directing the Respondent No.3 and other Respondents to complete the entire administrative process, Inter-departmental and Intra-departmental by way of mutual cooperation and coordinaton, within a period of eight weeks from today and transfer the amount to the account of the Writ Petitioner within four weeks thereafter. Writ Petitioner is directed to submit the bank details to the competent authority within four weeks from today for effecting such transfer. 3 5. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No order as to costs. 6.
