02/27.03.2025 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 26.12.2024 (Annexure-4 to the writ petition) passed by the Commissioner, Palamau Division at Medininagar in Eviction Appeal Case No. 46 of 2023 as well as the order dated 23.06.2023 (Annexure-3 to the writ petition) passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Palamau in Eviction Appeal No. 17 of 2023-24.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the observations made by the Deputy Commissioner, Palamau in the order dated 23.06.2023 in Eviction Appeal No. 17 of 2023-24 as well as the order dated 26.12.2024 passed by the Revisional Authority i.e., the Commissioner, Palamau Division at Medininagar in Eviction Appeal Case No. 46 of 2023, I am not inclined to interfere with the same. The petitioner is directed to co- operate in early disposal of House Rent Control Case No. 7 of 2021 pending before the House Rent Controller-cum-Sub-Divisional

W.P.(C). No. 1491 of 2025 Officer, Medininagar.

It goes without saying that the House Rent Controller- cum-Sub-Divisional Officer, Medininagar shall provide ample opportunity to both the parties to place their respective cases.

The writ petition is dismissed with aforesaid observation.
