Neog submits that on the basis of a memorandum of understanding, both sides have settled their dispute between themselves and therefore, the appellant does not want to proceed further with this appeal. 2. I have gone through the copy of the memorandum of understanding dated 31st October, 2022. 3. Since, the parties have settled their dispute between themselves on the basis of the memorandum of understanding, the Regular Second Appeal is disposed of on withdrawal. 4. The memorandum of understanding dated 31st October, 2022 shall form a part of the record. The memorandum of understanding shall be filed before the trial court or executing court as the case may be.
