G.P. for Finance Planning The Court made the following: 2 W.P.No.3296 of 2025 ORDER: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following relief: “...to issue an appropriate Writ, Order, or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents for not releasing the balance admitted amount of Rs.23,46,160/-(Rupees twenty three lakhs forty six thousand one hundred and sixty only) for the supply of the agriculture implements, i.e., power weeders, pump sets, and bush cutters under the scheme of PMKVY (Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana), SMAM (Sub-Mission Agricultural Mechanization), and NFSM (National Food Security Mission) for the year 2018-19 by the petitioner firm is illegal, arbitrary, and on violation of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to pay Rs.24,00,000/- (Rupees twenty four lakhs) with interest, and to pass such...” 2. Ms. K.Sri Lakshmi, learned counsel representing the learned counsel for the petitioner, requested to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondents to pay the petitioner Rs.15,93,500/- (gross), which is admitted in counter filed by the respondent No.3, giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue remedies for the balance claim through appropriate procedure. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Agriculture submitted averments as in the counter. 4. In view of the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to release the amount of Rs.15,93,500/- (Rupees fifteen lakh ninety three thousand five hundred only), along with interest as per the entitlement, to the petitioner within a 3 W.P.No.3296 of 2025 period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to pursue remedies for claiming balance amount as per law. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. ___________________ B. S.
