This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the petitioner has prayed for a direction to quash the order dated 15.02.2025 passed by respondent no.2, District Magistrate, Etawah. 3. Upon hearing of the counsel for the parties and from perusal of the impugned order passed by the District Magistrate, it is clear that 'No Objection Certificate' has not been granted to the petitioner as the property has been ear-marked for the purpose of creation of a park under the master plan. 4.
