Ms. No. 15 Finance (HR. IV-FR and LR) Department dated 31.01.2022, so also Ordinance No.1 dated 31.01.2022, and without issuing any proceedings by extending the age of superannuation from 60 years to 62 years, to declare the said action as illegal, arbitrary, violative of article 14 of the constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to extend the age of superannuation of the petitioner from 60 years to 62 years as per G.O. Ms. No. 15, Dt.31.01.2022 and direct the respondent authorities to continue the petitioner in service till attaining the age of 62 years in the 4th respondent corporation, in the interest of justice and equity and pass such other order. 3 IA NO: 1 OF 2024 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to grant interim suspension of the notice dated 31.10.2023 vide A1/7/2002/359 issued by the 4th respondent corporation by directing the petitioner that he shall retire from service on 31-08- 2024 as he attaining the age of 60 and also direct the 4th respondent to continue the petitioner in service by extending the age of superannuation petitioner from 60 years to 62 years, pending disposal of the Writ Petition and pass such other order.
