Heard Mr. Thathireddey Ashok Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents. 3. The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that despite the petitioner made application on 22.7.2024 for deletion of the subject property from the prohibitory list furnished under Section 22- A(1) of the Registration Act, 1908, no action has been taken so far. 4 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader has submitted that the application for deletion of the subject property would be considered. 5. Considering the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage, by granting liberty to the petitioner to submit an online application seeking for deletion of the subject property from the prohibitory list within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon receipt of such application, respondent no.2 – District Collector shall consider the same after getting report from respondent no.3 – Revenue Divisional Officer as well as respondent no.4 – Tahsildar and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of three (03) months thereafter. No costs.
