The present application under Section 528 BNSS, has been filed for quashing the NBW dated 09.02.2023 in Case no. 5273 of 2020 arising out of Case Crime no. 0371 of 2018 under sections 147, 148, 149, 186, 307, 323, 332, 353 IPC and 3/5/8 of U.P. Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, PS- Sarurpur, District Meerut pending before learned court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court no. 5, Meerut. 3. Learned counsel for applicants submits that impugned order is against the facts and law. The applicants had no knowledge about the proceedings initiated against them due to which he could not appear on the date fixed by the trial Court, hence, non-bailable warrant was issued against the applicants. 4. Per contra, learned A.G.A opposed the prayer. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the matter, applicants are directed to appear before the learned court concerned in pursuance to impugned order dated 09.02.2023 within 15 days from today. Till 15 days from today, no coercive action shall be initiated against the applicants. After the expiry of aforesaid period of 15 days, learned concerned court is directed to proceed as per law. 6.
