According to the applicants, there were errors in the calculation and money in excess has been paid to the writ petitioner. The respondent authorities seek to recover the excess payment made. 3. Learned advocate representing the writ petitioner opposes the application. 4. Let affidavit-in-opposition to the application be filed within a period of three weeks from date.
