...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the
respondents No.2 to 4 in registering the Crime on the complaint, dated 21-07- 2023 submitted by me against the respondents No.5 to 17 as arbitrary, illegal,abdication of the statutory duty cast on them and voilative of the fundamental rights guaranteed to me under Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No. 2 to 4 to register a crime against the respondents No.5 to 17 basing on the complaint, dated 21-07-2023 submitted by me and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2023 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the respondent No. 2 to 4 to register a pcrime against the respondents No.5 to 17 basing on the complaint, dated 21-07-2023 submitted by me and take appropriate action against the on the same pending disposal of the above Writ Petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…the inaction on the part of the respondents No.2 to 4 in registering the Crime on the complaint, dated 21-07-2023 submitted by me against the respondents No.5 to 17 as arbitrary, illegal,abdication of the statutory duty cast on them and voilative of the fundamental rights guaranteed to me under Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No. 2 to 4 to register a crime against the respondents No.5 to 17 basing on the complaint, dated 21-07-2023 submitted by me and pass....…”
2. Heard Sri S.Praineeta, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on written instructions would submit that basing on the complaint made by the petitioner preliminary enquiry was conducted by the police. After due enquiry, the allegations made in the complaint are found to be false.
5. Recording the submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his
remedies before the appropriate forum according to the law. There shall be no
order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _________________________________________
