:: ORDER :: The above writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondent No.4 in not considering the representation dated 01.04.2025, made by the petitioner, illegal and arbitrary. Heard Sri Chalasani Venkat, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt.S. Pranathi, learned Standing Counsel, appeared for respondents 2 & 4. 2. ™age 3 of 4 SRSJ W,P No 10656 of 2025 Notice of respondent No.3 is dispensed with since no adverse orders are passed affecting the right and interest of respondent No.3. Learned counset for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner purchased an extent of Ac.0.76 cents in Sy.No.90/4 and Ac.0.17 cents in Sy.No.102/4 from respondent No.5, under an agreement dated 06.03.2019. Respondents 2 & 4 developed the lands and allotted plot Nos.7, 32, 33 & 87 to respondent No.5. Respondent No.5 is making efforts to get the lands registered in his name. The petitioner made a representation dated
01.04.2025. However, the same has not been considered. 3. Smt. Pranathi, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 2 & 4 would submit that the respondent authorities will considerthe representation made by the petitioner strictly as per the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority Act 2014 and Rules made thereunder. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing the respondent No.4 to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 01.04.2025 and pass appropriate orders as per the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority Act 2014 and Rules made there under, if necessary, by issuing notice to respondent No.5.
