The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bokaro Steel City P.S. Case No. 202/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 of the Arms Act, 1959, pending in the Court of Sri B.C. Samad, learned J.M.F.C., Bokaro. 3. On 15.10.2024, at about 06:40 p.m., Bokaro Steel City Police apprehended this petitioner from a place near the Wine Shop at Cooperative More, Bokaro Steel City. On search, a loaded country-made pistol was recovered from his possession. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 16.10.2024. It was further submitted that the charge has already been framed in this case and the offence alleged is triable by a Court of Judicial Magistrate. It was further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri B.C.
