2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has committed theft of Rs.2000/- at knife point from the defacto-complainant. Hence the case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required and sought for anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that petitioner is having two previous cases. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.Head the learned counsels on either side and perused the records. 6.Since, the petitioner has committed very serious and heinous offence, the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is very much required.
