The present Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent no.4 to take cognizance on the petitioner’s complaint dated 16.10.2023. 4. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on written instructions, brought to the notice of this Court that no complaint was received at IV Town Police Station Visakhapatnam City from the petitioner in this matter. 5. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh complaint. 6. Recording the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh complaint by furnishing the necessary information to pursue his complaint in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
